This training is not only ideal for clients looking to enhance their own practice, but also for those who wish to share the benefits of cold water exposure with others. By the end of the program, clients will feel confident and prepared to lead their own cold water immersion sessions and empower others to reap the many benefits of this transformative practice. Workshops will be held at The Valley Studio in Moncton.
